In line with the organization’s mission of personal development and knowledge acquisition, the Leadership and Development Committee held a one-day Prezi training last June 24, 2017 at the Boardroom of Avida Land Corp. in BGC, Taguig City. The session was facilitated by Jarold Rañola, and was attended by LEAP members and LEAP scholars.
It was easy to simply relax and bask in the warmth of El Nido; however, for the 40 participants of LEAP’s external seminar, they had a much bigger purpose in being at the Casa Kalaw Resort, Lio Tourism Estate at El Nido, Palawan last September 21-23, 2017.
The Ways and Means Committee had another successful fund-raising event held in August at the SM Mall of Asia Bowling Center. The bowling tournament was attended by 41 participants from different companies, leap members and their family and relatives.
Some LEAP ladies (Frances Peria, Erlynne Figueroa, Liz Fernandez, Bebeth Enriquez & Cecille Luna) joined the annual Pilgrimage organized by Peaceworks 103 last March 25, 2017. Seven (7) historical churches in Bulacan area were visited such as: National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Marilao, San Isidro Labrador Parish Church in Pulilan, St. James the Apostle Parish in Plaridel and four (4) other Churches in Malolos - Santisima Trinidad Parish Church, Barasoain Church, Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and Sta. Isabel Parish Church.
LEAP is a professional organization of Administrative Professionals. Its members are career women who meet on a regular basis in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and openness to share in each other’s career, business, family and personal experiences. The Organization provides an ongoing opportunity to share and discuss with a group of peers all issues that arise from being an Administrative Professional.
